Processing time
All orders are delivered within 2 weeks of payment. This covers both preparation and shipping time. Custom photo postcards are also ready within 2 weeks.
Shipping destinations and cost
We currently ship to EU countries only. Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under €50, a flat €3 shipping fee is added at checkout.

Returns
Originals, prints, and ready-made postcards can be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under EU consumer protection law - see our Terms of sale for the full policy. If an item arrives damaged, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. Custom photo postcards are made to your specification and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
